   Your participation is confirmed after payment and secretariat verification. Submitting your details alone does not confirm participation.

Before You Apply

• •The K-Tour Program is a paid add-on program requiring a separate application and payment from the IFED 2026 Seoul congress registration.
• •Participants who have not registered for IFED 2026 Seoul must complete their congress registration first.
• •Participation may be limited depending on seat availability.
• •The tour itinerary and duration may change depending on traffic, weather, and other onsite conditions.
• •If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be cancelled, replaced with an alternative program with prior notice, or operated at an adjusted rate with the agreement of the participants.
• •If you have already applied or paid for the program, please contact the Secretariat before making an additional payment to avoid duplicate registration.
• •Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted separately by email to the IFED 2026 Seoul Secretariat.
• •Please review the cancellation and refund policy before completing payment.
